1. Follow and check completed individual and team work against workplace quality standards and procedures
2. Record information and monitor on quality and other indicators of process performance.
3. Record and/or report faults and any identified causes to the supervisor concerned, where required.
4. Identify and isolate faulty components, products or processes.
5. Planning training delivery6. Conducting appropriate training in a safe and effective manner, including the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE)7. Using appropriate training methods8. Monitoring trainee’s progress and providing feedback9. Reporting trainee’s progress through appropriate channels.
10. Coordinate communication in a team setting and lead improvements and/or solving problems using improvement tools and methods
11. Take corrective action within level of responsibility to maintain quality standards12. Identify and report opportunities for improvements in procedures, processes and equipment in work area
13. And any other work/project assigned to you by your superior(s) from time to time
