JOB SUMMARY 

• Assist Engineer to evaluate and perform first level FA (failure analysis). Update manufacturing instruction procedure for production and maintaining fixture preventive maintenance schedule. Daily support on production activity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Torque driver daily n weekly (Line Conversion). 

• Equipment maintaining (jigs and fixtures preventive maintenance). 

• Tackle any DGS problem at production line (related to PC, DGS, BOM or router). 

• Create new WI for accessory and service kit. 

• Verify travel tag after printed by production. 

• First Article Inspection. 

• Participate In failure analysis verification and provide update. 

• Responsible to do and update record or checklist for jigs & fixtures preventive maintenance, torque driver calibration as well as tooling equipment's verification. 

• Repair any jigs And fixtures. 

• Upload new BOM, change or delete part number in DGS data. 

• Notify Engineer if equipment require calibration or any equipment spoil.
