TECHNICIAN FACILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to building infrastructure, including lighting, ventilation, and safety equipment.
• Assist in installing and upgrading facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from different departments and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or servicing.
• Assist in energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Support emergency response plans and facility safety protocols.
