JOB SUMMARY 

• Assist Automation Engineer in setting up and maintaining current automation machines which include documentation preparations, machine performance, machine preventive maintenance, daily machine buy-off for production, process monitoring and tracking.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Automation machines in assisting Automation Engineers in maintaining and improving the machine performance in order to have good quality, better yield and reduce machine downtime. 

• Responsible for assisting Automation Engineers in setting up and maintaining the machines which include documentation preparation, machine performance, machine preventive maintenance, daily machine buyoff for production, process monitoring and tracking. 

• Responsible for Automation Operation product assembly processes sustaining which include machine trouble shooting, product yields, quality reporting, maintaining machine parameters for production and spare part issue reporting. 

• Assist and execute planned machine preventive as per schedule in the machine PM list. 

• Responsible for assisting Automation Engineers in New Product phase in activities and participating in engineering evaluation.
