JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage parts receiving activities prior incoming quality inspection process.
• Manage a team and ensure that parts quantity as per delivery order document received.
• Manage and ensure proper parts storage after incoming quality inspection.
• Perform proper record-keeping and transaction of stock movement.
• Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of the storage area.
• Liaise with buyer/planner for better incoming/outgoing planning.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
• Identify, train and arrange suitable operator for machine operation.
• Train and develop high performing team members.
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
