JOB SUMMARY

• Provide support to manage overall production processes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and lead a team of Manufacturing Associates in meeting production schedules and quality targets. 

• Plan, organize and motivate a team towards achieving manufacturing objectives. 

• Monitor and train Manufacturing Associates to develop workforce capability. 

• Ensure Manufacturing Associates adhere to work procedures are carried out in a correct manner. 

• Maintain high level of discipline and tardiness among the Lead Associates and Manufacturing Associates. 

• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs. 

• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.
