Position Summary:A Sales Representative is responsible for selling a company’s products or services, developing relationships with new customers, and maintaining existing client accounts. The ideal candidate is persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused.
Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs
Build and maintain positive business relationships
Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide regular reports
Keep up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback and training
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
