Job Responsibility:

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.

Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions to build trust and close sales.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.

Maintain customer records, sales activity, and pipeline reports using CRM software.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and develop long-term relationships.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
