Sales & Marketing Executive - Bicycle Parts and Hardware Retail Shop
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on both our bicycle parts retail shop and our hardware retail shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, improving customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth in both retail environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to increase store traffic and drive sales of bicycle parts and hardware products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and monitor competitor activities in both the bicycle and hardware markets.
- Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns, in-store events, and promotions to boost sales and enhance the visibility of both shops.

- Digital Marketing: Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to expand reach and promote the offerings of both retail shops.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies in both sectors.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine the shopping experience and improve service quality in both shops.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the store management teams to ensure sales efforts align with overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the bicycle and/or hardware retail industries.
