Gather feedback from customers to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and sales progress.
Report regularly to sales management on progress towards sales goals.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
Collaboration & Team Support:
Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
