Job Title: Lorry Driver
Location: Klang Valley
Job Summary:Responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. Ensures timely delivery, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive lorries to deliver goods to customers, warehouses, or job sites.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
Inspect vehicle regularly and report any mechanical issues or damages.
Maintain delivery records, receipts, and logbooks accurately.
Follow delivery schedules and plan routes for timely deliveries.
Adhere to traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors regarding delivery status.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Requirements:
Valid GDL and appropriate class of driving license (e.g., Class D or E).
Proven experience as a lorry or heavy vehicle driver.
Good driving record and knowledge of road safety regulations.
Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
