Juru Kimpal (Welder)

Qualification :

1. AWS or AXME certified welder under GTAW / GMAW  / FCAW Welding
2. Minimum with 5 years welding working experience.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
4. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to GTAW / GMAW welding equipment.

Responsibilities as follows but not limited to :

1. Assisting in the setup of machine and material preparation base upon the process drawing and material picking list.
2. Responsible to perform the manufacturing job base upon the internal QA checksheet and external customer specification requirements.
3. Take full accountability to reduce the material wastage, machine setup time and run time.
4. Support TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) program and work towards reduce machine down time.
5. Take full accountability for SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) duties and policies.
6. Take full accountability to assure the machine run time and product output meet the target given by the supervisor.
7. Take full accountability to perform the daily production report.
8. Accountable for TPM program and responsible for improving the equipment effectiveness.
