Assist in managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and guide junior staff/operators to meet performance targets.
Monitor work processes and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Report and escalate any issues or delays to the Operations Supervisor/Manager.
Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, warehouse, or customer service to fulfill operational requirements.
Ensure equipment and tools are properly used and maintained.
