1. Confirm quantity of parts received from suppliers according to D.O.2. To identified incoming material with correct label.3. Perform parts inspection follow as per stated in the part drawing (Section 16 & 24)4. Perform jigs inspection / verification and follow as per schedule.5. To key in quantity and lot status in the MRP system.6. To write GRN and QCI registration number on respective D.O.7. To key in / prepare QA-IQC records and documentation (IIR, MDR, D.O, etc)8. Verify supplier QC inspection data and documentation.9. Put label / stickers on parts/ lots according to lot status (ACCEPT/REJECT).10. Stamp ACCEPT/REJECT status on D.O11. Practice quality awareness and positive work culture/attitude.12. Practice and carried out 5S Activities at all times.13. To file all related QA-IQC documents and records at proper filing.14. Responsible to maintain all tools and test equipment in good condition.15. To perform work as per safety and health requirements and the Standard Operation Procedures.16. Perform 100% selection / segregation based on urgency.17. Verify defectives and prepare / fill up necessary documentation (MDR, Scrap Form, etc).18. Perform raw materials by-off inspection at supplier premises.19. Other job tasks being assigned from time to time by immediate superior.20. Report to the IQC Assistant Supervisor.
