The Insight Analyst transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across the business. This role focuses on understanding customer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to help drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and senior stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
Design and execute customer segmentation, performance analysis, and market research studies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify deviations or opportunities for improvement.
Translate business questions into analytical problems and provide evidence-based answers.
Support testing strategies (e.g., A/B tests) and measure campaign or initiative effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, insights, or business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—both written and visual.
Familiarity with statistical methods and tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
Proactive and curious, with a passion for uncovering "why" behind the numbers.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
