1. IBS Project Site Supervision
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth implementation of IBS steel structure installation.
- Coordinate with contractors, installers, and other site personnel to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and construction specifications.
- Report progress, issues, and site conditions to the project manager or engineer.
2. IBS Steel Structure Installation Inspection
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify the correct positioning, alignment, and quality of steel components.
- Ensure materials and components used meet project standards and IBS system requirements.
- Identify and document installation issues or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with quality control teams to ensure inspection procedures and standards are followed.
3. IBS Steel Structure Supervisory Function
- Supervise and guide installation teams in following safe and effective work practices.
- Monitor manpower, tools, and equipment usage to optimize site productivity.
- Enforce site safety regulations and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in site meetings and assist in coordinating logistics, deliveries, and material handling.
