Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding activities
Handle staff inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
Coordinate training and employee development programs
Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Previous HR experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
