Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide recommendations for employee growth and development.
- Organize and coordinate staff training programs and team-building activities.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, compensation, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with employment regulations.
- Collaborate with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, industry trends, and employment regulations.
