Supervise the daily operations at the Guest Service counter. Maintains the established code of standards, efficiency and professionalism set by Management. Handles guest's request and complaints effectively. Reviews the operational standards of staff identity, develop staff and provide training. Oversees and ensures the smooth operations of the Guest Service. Guest Service Supervisor will work in support of the management team to ensure customer satisfaction (including store conditions), maximize sales, and achieve established goals. Provide Management with timely feedback and reports of daily occurrence, incidents and complaints.
