1. Financial Planning Pre-Assessment

Conduct initial client data gathering and analysis for financial planning needs.

Review and evaluate clients’ financial documents (e.g., income, expenses, debts, assets, liabilities).

Identify client financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Prepare pre-assessment reports to assist financial planners in designing suitable financial strategies.

Support compliance checks and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.

2. Financial Planning Sales Support

Assist Financial Planners in preparing customized financial proposals and product illustrations.

Coordinate and schedule client appointments, follow-ups, and reviews.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, promotions, and market trends.

Prepare sales kits, product brochures, and relevant presentation materials.

Support the preparation and submission of sales documentation, applications, and policy servicing forms.

3. Financial Planning Customer Support Handling

Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries related to financial planning services.

Handle post-sale customer service issues including policy updates, plan changes, and client queries.

Monitor and follow up on client requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Maintain accurate and updated client records and interaction logs.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
