Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Handle employee onboarding, including documentation and orientation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.
  • Organize team-building events, training sessions, and HR initiatives.

3. Performance Management & Training:

  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Assist in career development planning for employees.

4. Payroll & HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations as per policy.
