Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Promote a positive work environment and company culture.

Performance Management:

Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems and conducting evaluations.

Provide support in employee development programs and training sessions.

Payroll & Compliance:

Process payroll, maintain attendance records, and track leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

HR Operations & Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.

Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data.

Assist in policy development and implementation.
