  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to users regarding order processing, account setup, and platform navigation.
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding new merchants and buyers, ensuring smooth account activation and verification.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, sales, and compliance) to address customer needs and improve the overall user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Stay updated on Halal certification guidelines, product listings, and platform updates to deliver accurate information.
