Improve customer satisfaction and delivery an amazing shopping experience, and promote the company's latest activities to our customers by going above and beyond their inquiries, feedback, and needs
Involve in backend live session to provide real-time reply to customers’ questions and assist Live Streamer
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management from time to time
