Assist in developing and curating compelling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Edit videos using industry-standard software, adding graphics, sound, and effects to enhance the final product.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to refine content strategy and enhance overall performance.
Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging, timely responses to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and industry partners for potential collaborations and brand advocacy.
Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions, fostering a positive and interactive community.
Track and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution of social media campaigns, including content scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, and making recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with the design team, copywriters, and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging, visual elements, and brand guidelines across all social media channels.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and content.
Ensure all videos are optimized for different platforms, including proper sizing, formatting, and length.
Manage multiple projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Stay updated on the latest video trends and digital media innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
