Supervise the daily operations at the Front Desk, Guest Service and Telephone. Areas of in charge will take turn in every three months. Maintains the established code of standards, efficiency and professionalism set by Management. Handles guest's request and complaints effectively. Provide Management with timely feedback and reports of daily occurrence, incidents and complaints.
