Job Summary
Responsible to achieve personal sales target and goals set by company through excellent professional skin care service (both technical and consultation) as well as working diligently in giving the salon operational support.
Technical
- Perform all facial, body treatment according to customer's need and satisfaction
- Perform Speed Mapping analysis
- Provide on-going skin consultation and result monitoring via Skin Health Management system and Account Management system
- Provide customer interaction beyond expectation and comprehensive product knowledge
- Fulfill CT target set by the company
- Answer phone call and assist in front desk
- Attend to customer enquiry and maintain good customer care and services
- Assist to monitor inventory movement including retail & professional stock as well as miscellaneous items
- Responsible for treatment records, tele-marketing, appointment scheduling, follow-up & daily reports
- Ensure compliance to outlet operation policy and standard guidelines such as the grooming standards, SQ, Employee handbook, Account Management rules & regulations
- Other duty may be assigned by the company from time to time
