Job Summary:

The Training Assistant supports the Training and Development team in organizing and executing training programs. This role involves coordinating training schedules, managing training materials, tracking employee progress, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Coordination & Administration:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions.
  • Coordinate with trainers, employees, and external training providers.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback data.

2. Training Material & Logistics Management:

  • Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Arrange training venues, equipment, and online training tools.
  • Ensure training content is up to date and well-organized.

3. Employee Development Support:

  • Track employee participation and progress in training programs.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
  • Provide administrative support in career development initiatives.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure training programs align with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in preparing training reports and documentation for audits.
  • Support compliance training and certifications for employees.
