Aesthetic Consultant

Job Description

• Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate products and services

• Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, haircare, and other beauty products

• Demonstrate product usage and educate customers on the benefits and features of our products

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

• Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings

• Participate in training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and selling techniques

Job Requirement

• Proven experience in a sales role within the beauty industry

• Excellent knowledge of beauty aesthetic products, trends, and techniques

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience

• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
